a. The contact lists provided by Stonebriar Data are for the exclusive use of the purchaser and their stated purposes at the time of purchase.

b. Redistribution, copying, or sharing of the contact lists in any form is strictly prohibited unless written consent has been provided by Stonebriar Data.

3. Prohibition Against Reselling

a. The contact lists procured from Stonebriar Data may not be resold, rented, or leased to third parties under any circumstances.

b. Any violation of this prohibition may result in legal action, including but not limited to, seeking damages and an injunction against further violations.

4. Data Accuracy

While Stonebriar Data endeavors to provide accurate and up-to-date contact information, we do not guarantee the complete accuracy of every piece of information in our lists.

5. Limitation of Liability

Stonebriar Data shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our contact lists or for the unauthorized access to or alterations of the lists.

6. Changes to the Terms

Stonebriar Data reserves the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitute acceptance of those changes.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts in the state of Texas.
